SwagDrop is a platform for running prize giveaways at events. Organizers create campaigns with prizes, share a link or QR code with attendees, and prizes are randomly assigned when the campaign closes. Participants reveal their prize through a fun scratch card experience.
Click Sign in in the top right corner. Enter your email address and we'll send you a verification code. Enter the 6-digit code to complete sign-in. No password needed — we use email-based authentication to keep things simple and secure.
SwagDrop is currently free to use.
Set up giveaways with prizes and quantities.
After signing in, click Create your first campaign on the homepage, or go to your dashboard and click the create button. Give your campaign a name and add one or more prizes with quantities.
Yes. Each campaign can have multiple prize types, each with its own name and quantity. Use the Add prize button to add more rows when creating or editing a campaign.
Yes, you can edit campaign details and prizes while the campaign is still in Draft or Open state. Go to your dashboard, select the campaign, and click edit.
Draft — Your campaign is being set up. You can edit everything freely.
Open — The campaign is live and accepting participants.
Closed — Prizes have been randomly assigned and results are visible to participants.
Configure prize types and quantities for your giveaway.
When creating or editing a campaign, each prize row has a quantity field. This controls how many of that specific prize will be given away when the campaign closes.
Not all participants will win — that's part of the fun! Prizes are randomly assigned among all participants, so some may not receive a prize.
You can edit prizes while the campaign is open. However, plan your prize list carefully before participants start joining to ensure a smooth experience.
Get participants into your campaign quickly.
Share the campaign link or QR code with your audience. Participants visit the link, enter their name, and join. No app download or sign-up required — it works in any mobile browser.
On the campaign management page, you'll see a QR code after opening the campaign. You can display it on a screen at your event, print it out, or download it as an image.
Absolutely. The join link works anywhere — social media, email, messaging apps, or displayed on a screen at your event. Anyone with the link can join while the campaign is open.
What participants see when they join a giveaway.
No. Participants just enter their name and join — no email, password, or app download needed. The experience is designed to be as frictionless as possible.
The system tracks participation to ensure fairness. Each participant gets one entry per campaign.
After the campaign closes, participants can revisit their link to see if they won. Winners get to reveal their prize through an interactive scratch card.
Close campaigns and assign prizes to winners.
On the campaign management page, click the Close button. This triggers the random prize assignment and makes results available to all participants.
Prizes are randomly distributed among participants when you close the campaign. The process is fair and fully automated — no manual selection involved.
No. Once a campaign is closed, results are final. Make sure all participants have joined before closing. You can check the participant count on the management page.
Winners see an interactive scratch card that reveals their prize when scratched. It adds a fun, suspenseful moment to the giveaway experience.
Common questions and solutions to issues.
Check your spam or junk folder. The code expires after a few minutes, so try requesting a new one if it doesn't arrive. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
Make sure the campaign is in the Open state — participants can only join open campaigns. Double-check that you're sharing the correct link or QR code.
Unfortunately, closing a campaign is final. In the future, verify the participant count on the management page before closing to make sure everyone has joined.
